To be honest, I don't really believe in there being rules in fashion. But, if I did have to say there was a rule, it would be to be FIERCE! Do not pay attention to what anyone else has to say about you or your style. Dress up for yourself and not for anyone else. Always give people a smile, and ALWAYS walk with your head held high. And remember, ALWAYS be Confident and Fierce!
