Retro Paradise

Hey y’all! Happy new year! 

I recently just got back from the Dominican Republic (wipes tears.) I had such an amazing time, I was able to meet new incredibly talented people and explore different parts of the country. 

One of my firsts visits was to La Maleta’s Pop Up Market where there were local vendors, homemade cocktails, art and live music. Just pure magic!

Active Casual wear

Hi my loves!

It's officially Fall and I am loving it! Ya'll know this is my favorite season. Today I pulled out my Adidas to hang out with some friends in the neighborhood. I want to start incorporating more sneakers into my wardrobe and when I saw these babies, it was love at first sight. I paired these with my American Apparel harem pants and an oatmeal colored pullover which is perfect for the season. I feel like i'll be living in this, I have it in 2 colors and plan on getting more!

Work Casual

Hi ya'll! ♥ 

I am so happy to tell you all that I am now employed by American Apparel. Although my feet hurt, working has made everything a bit better, safe to say. My closet will soon be full with clothing from American Apparel being that we have to wear their clothing head to toe and I am so excited! 

Although I'll be spending most of the week working, I will not let that get in the way of blogging! This is a perfect example. I took a 15 minute break and my co-worker was kind enough to snap these amazing pictures of me! Thanks Quinn! XO

As Simple As Black

A few weeks ago the weather was absolutely impeccable. I decided it was the perfect opportunity to pull out my cropped sweater I purchased from Forever21. It's amazing how when wearing all black you can take a simple piece and it makes a statement. I paired my Adidas joggers with my cropped sweater. I mean, who doesn't love to be comfortable and chic all at once?

Comfortable Chic

My cousin invited me over to her house to hang out and meet her daughter(I actually invited myself, haha!) It was amazing to finally see her considering the fact the we were once inseparable! Since I was going to be around a baby and doing a lot of walking, I wanted to dress comfortable yet chic. This is what I put together!
