School Boy

I recently bought these boots and I have been wearing them nonstop! They are so comfortable and most importantly, so chic! Haha! I had been contemplating this outfit for quite a while now but the weather has made it a bit impossible, but Monday was the perfect day! My friend decided she wanted to show me around her old neighborhood where she grew up. She took me to a park she used to visit when she was young and I absolutely loved it! We sat in the park, caught up on a lot of things, reminisced on the old days and then we ate burgers at an AMAZING diner! So yea, my Monday was awesome!

Summer In The City

My mom's friend came to New York City for her first time from Dominican Republic and has been staying with us. We've been showing her around the city and so far she really likes it here! Last night we decided to take her to stroll 5th Avenue and stop for some Halal food, which she loved as well! I really wanted to be comfortable since we were going to be doing a lot of walking so I decided to wear my new sneakers. Also, I'm trying to wear them as much as I can before summer is over.

Hi my loves! It's been a long time since I last posted, I have been a bit lazy haha! So you all know how much I love shoes, especially PRINTED ;) I have been wanting a pair of leopard print sneakers for a very long time now but the prices are just INSANE! But luckily, one day I walked into a Payless and found them! Just how I wanted them, my size, good price and the LAST PAIR! Lucky, right? I paid 20 bucks for these babies and I am in love, they are so comfy!

Originally, the neon bracelets were not part of my outfit. I felt like this outfit needed a "summer touch" to it because I felt like it was a bit too "Fall". Skirt Into Cape: Brooklyn Tepee

I would honestly love to tell you all about this tepee in Brooklyn and it's significance but I am exhausted! But I will tell you this, walking in I was overwhelmed by feelings of peace and tranquility and it was awesome! If you're ever in Williamsburg I suggest you check this place out! It's a beauty! 
So a few months ago a friend of mine gave me this vintage wrap skirt her grandmother had gave to her and I was so thankful and excited to wear it! I, of course, turned it into a cape!
